This 24 year old patient did not have any stretch marks or loose skin to begin with but had gained quite a bit of weight, losing all of the necessary definitions in his body. By liposculpting him, all of the definitions were re-surfaced, and he ended up with a model perfect body. Note the abdominal wall muscles that are now visible and the flank that has been shaped to bring out a more masculine look. His body was fully sculpted following his liposuction and these before and after pictures show how well contoured his body is, especially around the waistline and the buttock area.

This is a 35 yo male who works out 4 times a week and does heavy lifting but has not been able to get the lean muscular look in the abdominal wall that he had desired despite a strict 4 year regimen of being at the gym on a regular basis 4 times a week. As can be noted, this patient is not overweight and does not have a significantly elevated body mass index ratio. After body sculpting, he was a lot happier and was able to return to the gym to enjoy his work-outs.

This is a 26 yo male who could never see the fruition of his work-out as the fat overlying his abdominal muscles hid his ripped abdomen. The abdominal muscles are his and not surgically created as this cannot be surgically created. The liposculpting however un-earthed and surfaced his abdominal muscles. The post-op picture is one taken by him and sent to Dr. Paylan by him 4 weeks after his surgery.

This is a 43 yo male with body sculpting of his waistline. You can see the disappearance of the love handles and the V-back shape that he did not have before.
